The move is part of the agreement between the two governments for the transfer of six subway lines and Premetro. Buenos Aires headquarters, however, requested an extension of the surveillance removed from the Federal police. The intent of the City is that the police remain at least until the end of February, to be replaced by officers from the Metropolitan.The Government, meanwhile, has already defined the new functions performed by these agents.
